The letter indicates that Giuseppe Costantini is to be reinstated in his former position as Parcel Clerk, Union Station, Ottawa. He had lost this employment due to his internment on June 10, 1940. Following his release, after about 8 months at Petawawa Internment Camp, he had asked to return to his position.
