Rocco Perri of Hamilton, "King of the Bootleggers"

Black and white press photograph of Rocco Perri standing in what appears to be a courtroom. The original caption published with the photograph in 1938 reads: Twice lucky. Only nine months ago that the home of Rocco Perri was bombed when he was out. Last night he escaped death again when a bomb hidden in his automobile exploded. He received only head cuts and a singed arm.
