Letter from J.P. Ebbs, to Giuseppe Costantini, December 3, 1940. Ebbs seems to be acting in a legal capacity for Costantini and his family. The letter notes discussions with a judge, likely from the Advisory Committee, appointed to review the internees' objections to internment.
