The group of men from the Italian community organization appear before the entrance of Harmony Hall at Commerical St. & First Ave., built in 1913. The men in the centre of the photograph are holding a small Italian flag. The organization served a cultural and social function for the "mushrooming" Italian community of "Rail City", North Bay.
